V-Building is an office building which was built according to modern standards and equipped with advanced technology systems … to meet and give customers an ideal working environment.

Operated in early 2008, V-Building includes a ground floor, a mezzanine and 7 floors with a total construction area equivalent to 2.000m2, the floor area of 180 square meter on, the height of each floor approximately 2,500 mm. V-Building was designed according to international standards for the rational distribution utility, taking into account high art and contemporary style to create the comfortably and conveniently working place. Inside and outside the building are arranged many trees to give customers the pure workspace and close to nature.

V-Building was built in compliance with standards and norms of the current construction and is equipped with technically advanced systems to meet the working standards of a modern office.

1,5 meters per second speed elevators equipped with imported modern elevator always ensure safe operation and convenient for customers to use. In case of emergency events (due to fire or power failure), the system will automatically transport the customer to the nearest floor.

Emergency stairs are located outside in order to facilitate easy exit for people and property in case of incidents inside the building.

Electrical systems and backup power was installed by the high quality imported equipments. Electric meter and power supply cables are installed to each floor for each office. Lighting system was installed and ready for use.

Generators and standby power system will automatically respond and provide 100% power for the corporate office when the city power grid to be repaired or supply interruptions.

Drainage system was installed and provided by local municipal water system.

Rental areas

Ground floor and the entire areas of floor used for offices for lease. Each floor area of approximately 178 square meters are rented or prevent the whole floor, depending on the needs of tenants. On each floor is equipped with electrical systems, lighting, air conditioning, … ready to use. Male and Female restroomss are located separately outside the offices.
